Cardiovascular disease in patients with chronic kidney disease

چکیده

Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are at increased risk for failure, cardiovascular (CVD), and death. In fact, the likelihood of dying from CVD is markedly higher than that reaching end-stage renal disease. Evidence-based management comorbidities such as remains challenging in patients advanced CKD, they were usually excluded randomized controlled trials. This review focuses on epidemiology, factors, clinical manifestations CKD. Specific topics interest include diagnostic therapeutic challenges heart coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation.
